Who we are

BrandLaunch Services LLC is a Texas field sales organization based in Spring, just north of Houston.

BrandLaunch was founded by two operators with backgrounds spanning retail energy, high-line automotive, banking, and face-to-face sales — recruiting, developing, and leading teams inside big-box retail. Between us we have built sales organizations from a single location to more than fifty reps, and turned around underperforming markets that others had written off.

We started BrandLaunch because we kept seeing the same thing: good products failing at retail because nobody was running the people side properly. High turnover, weak training, no compliance discipline, and managers who could sell but couldn’t build. That is a solvable problem, and solving it is the whole business.

Turnover is the single largest cost in field sales. The fix is not recruiting harder. It is paying well, training properly, and giving people somewhere to go.

Clean beats fast

Volume that cancels is worse than no volume at all. It costs the client money and it puts the retail channel at risk. We would rather write ten that stick.

Leadership

Tyler Beard Co-Owner & Managing Partner, Operations Tyler is an operator whose career spans retail energy, the high-line automotive industry, and banking. He has spent the past four years building and running businesses inside retail energy — founding and operating field sales organizations and serving as an operating consultant to others in the space — alongside a year advising ventures in other industries. He has scaled teams past fifty reps, directed multi-location operations, and led a Houston market from 150–175 to 250–300 sales a week inside two months. At BrandLaunch he leads operations, systems, training design, and compliance.
Kyle Capparello Co-Owner & Managing Partner, Field Performance Kyle is a career top producer who has led from the front in every organization he has been part of. He directs field training and market development, personally sets the production standard the team is measured against, and is responsible for building the next generation of BrandLaunch field leaders.
